At Amélie Boutique Vancouver, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unworn, unused and unwashed

• in their original packaging

• in perfect resellable condition

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Amélie Boutique Vancouver does not offer free returns.
The full cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer, regardless of the reason for return.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within up to 14 days.
Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
