Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–12 business days depending on your location.

All parcels are shipped via Canada Post.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping outside of Canada may require additional transit time due to each country’s customs process.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping is free for the customer regardless of destination.

Amélie Boutique Vancouver is not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes on international orders.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Return Conditions

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect resellable condition.

Before sending any return, you must inform us by email at info@amelieboutiquevancouver.com including your order number in the message.

Return Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Amélie Boutique Vancouver does not offer free returns.
The customer must fully cover the cost of return shipping, regardless of the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within up to 14 days.
